I was able to add a new category - POULTRY under FORUMS with a new topic - CHICKEN and a new post - a recipe for Creamy Nutmeg Chicken. The addition of recipes is still acting strangely, but I'm not giving up!:) Love, Marilyn 8/11/2013

I just finished putting the food storage article up in the forums! It only took another hour or two:(! I had to cut a lot out of my article and am still not pleased about it. In the future, I'll have to break down my subjects more. So, please read the articles in this order: Food Storage 101 Page 1A, Food Storage 101 Page 1B and then Food Storage 101 Page 2. Sorry for this inconvenience!

Include a current and email address so I can let you know when the final file will be ready for distribution to our Rainbow passengers. Before September 30, 2013 at midnight, send me a copy of your most colorful recipe(s) and accompanying photo(s). This is one to include kids and grandkids in this one! I was so excited yesterday when I discovered we had 101 viewers! What an incredible achievement! In honor of our 100th viewer, whomever you are, I have come up with a menu for an elegant dinner party. Of course, you're the guest of honor! I took yesterday off. I was so frustrated in trying to find out how to post my first article...an article on proper food storage. It has taken me a month to research, write and format it. So when I was finally finished, I was exstatic! Then my bubble burst. My article was too long. So, I cut it in half. Part II is up. Success? No. When I went to paste in the first part of the article, it was gone. I wish there was a save function for the forum posts! For all the pages, really!!! So, not today, but tomorrow, I will work on getting Part I up and running.
